A woman insisted a man wear a condom. They had sex twice that evening. First time he wore one. Second round she thought he had put a new one on but he didn’t.
Is having intercourse without after agreeing wear one sexual assault? In my opinion definitely and it’s despicable.

Definitely. She consented to protected sex not bare. Hopefully the court will follow California and make it illegal.
