Your hate for the Leafs is pretty pathetic. Considering they haven't had a good team in years.

with some teams it seems there's not much middle ground,it's love 'em or hate 'em.
Leafs,Habs,Yanks,Cowboys are a few that appear to have a polarizing effect on ppl.

I know cpl guys who are just anti-Toronto&anything/everything assoc. with it(not saying that is the case with Badger)

I've been to Tor. had no complaints,visited some great Asian micros(still have fond memories of mammaries,esp. Yoyo,lol)

I don't like the Leafs' chances vs Bruins but I'll cheer for them.

Luongo will start for the Canucks tonight, the soap opera continues. I hope he pitches a shut out.
Looking forward to some goals, the type of hockey that St. Louis and LA play is pretty boring; hopefully the Canucks and SJ will generate more offense

It's not the Leafs that are hated stupid, it's the pathetic clueless Leafs fans. Watching the CBC's segment on the Leafs/Bruins series drives home the point. Fucking shameless homers, your tax $$$ at work. At least wait until they have won a game or too before increasing your helmet size.

Hopefully Toronto continues with the same level of compete in the next 3 games. Series will be over quicker.

Only series that will probably be over quicker is the Pens / Isles. Islanders STINK!

Both series are all about black and yellow in those two series. Both the leafs and the islanders looked horrible.

I think the league needs to call Buffalo, New Jersey, Winnipeg , Philly and tampa and ask if any of those 5 teams would like to replace the two peewee teams from Toronto and Long Island.

Last time I checked 3 of those teams have at least one Stanley Cup each. You will be dead and gone before the Canucks win one. The Canucks need a system like football. Relegated to a lower league.

Laffs and NYI are in over their heads, Crosby returns tonight
Habs need Price to play better if they hope to win

You could say the same about the Canucks. They were totally outclassed and looked like POOP. Defensively they turn the puck over way too much and rely on the goalies to save their bacon. I don't like their chances against SJ.

Canucks have great goal tending , two first class top rate goalies,
what we dont have is goal scorers !!!
plain and simple.
you can trade the whole bunch except for Burrows , Sedins , Kesler......the rest are all plumbers.
If they get knocked out by SJ , you will also see Gillis gone.
I hate the Loaf fans , biggest bunch of assholes on planet. Along with Ron Mclean and all Toronto.

Yup the Leafs sure looked horrible last night. I guess Boston's sweep is out now. I'd be more worried about your Canucks. I'd love to see San Jose sweep them.

I think the Sedins need to be bundled and traded for draft picks - they have never performed in the playoffs and the team could use the cap room to go after a UFA like Corey Perry and/or Ryan Getzlaf.

Both got 8 year extensions with the Ducks. No movement clauses and over $8 mil cap hit/yr

The Sedins are our biggest liability. The twins have never performed in the post-season.

Hopefully you are right about Gillis being fired. He's the one married us to Luongo. Also Gillis wasted the $ on Mats Sundin rental.

I don't necessarily agree with the Sedins not being playoff performers; their points stats are decent.
Their plus/minus is pretty horrible, but that's expected if you don't win and you're with the same franchise forever.
I will say that they're not getting any younger or faster. In the post-season, whomever the GM may be, should approach them to waive their NTC.

Management needs a shake-up including coaching staff. I always feel AV is out-coached within a game.
Good macro coach that gets good overall results in the regular season.

Is it time to tank and lose it for Connor MacDavid yet?
