I'm not sure about this Mr.O but it seems weird he comes on as some omni importent guide to the masses, like a Pat Robinson. He chides people, saying they have low IQ, bc they don't march to his drummer. For someone who joined in Dec to be telling all how things should be, it smacks like he has been here before under another handle. I agree his fonts are annoying. Yet he tells us if we don't like it too bad. But still tries to tell others how to act on the board. I would label him a low level hypocrite who's ego is too blind to see that. Everyone is different, how hard is that to understand. Like in a relationship, trying to change somone almost never works. I imagine he won't change anyone here also. If it makes him feel good to preach, go for it. But I doubt his pretty colours will make any difference. And please don't rag about my spelling bc if you look close at his posts, he could use a spell check also, tho I kinda enjoy the anal people who think we're in some sort of spelling bee here ,Mr O comes off as he is above all that, but in fact he is no different then most other dogooders who try to always try to make the world have a group chorus of kumbia. I've been on this board a short while now, and it's been an interesting venture, you sure meet all kinds of folk. I never would have thought that so many men seem to be like a bunch of 'crabby old ladies' getting their knikers in a knot.

I also would not have expected to find so many intelligent, well read men here as well - considering the hobby.

I am also pleasently surprised at the intelligent and MATURE attitudes of the Sp's as well - beauty AND brains a deadly combo

I am also glad that this board is receiving some help from Shiek, as I said above, there is a LOT of good and interesting people on here and by channelling our energies collectively wed can make a differance in our hobbies by having safe, good fun. We can stimulate our minds with intelligent discussions. But more importantly we can 'socialize' with people who can't actually discuss thing we discuss with friend and family...just think...what if this or any other board didn't exist....LETS NOT FUCK IT UP...

Most women have learned posting on Perb is the best way to seriously screw up your business. The reviews always are good for business but after the serious attacks on personal lives of sp's a lady in this buiz needs to think twice if the money is really worth the headache.

EVEN Fred has had personal attacks made on him from lunatics.

The poster is always anonymous but the sp advertising and commenting is certainly not and that’s where the attacks regurgitate theme selves over and over.

I would like to comment on an sp her name is Becky 2 years ago she occasionally had a few seriouse WOT and RIP OFF reviews. True or not its two years later her cute face is still advertising and obviously has matured. I mean how old was she 18 or 19 when all this shit happened? Now whenever someone does review her its obvious she has matured and changed and that her service has improved from bad to great.

Nevertheless, always some prick has to comment on the past crap, which just hurts her feeling (I assume) and just starts the flaming and negative shit.

Becky personally I have respect for you why you were a young woman when you started and you have most certainly gone through allot since then. The fact you’re still advertising and still making money despite the assholes trying to pimp you out and the guys trying to intimidate you because you’re so young you have persevered and continue on. I think truthfully another look needs to be taken at how a sp can give bad service admit it or change it and then that’s it no more spoken about it.

Isn't it a shame that a useful, interesting thread got sidetracked.
I realize that SP's take a risk when they post but there is a benefit to those who are capable of sensible posting.
I like to read posts by SP's since they can add the other perspective to the issues and it reveals something about their personalities. Before my visit to Victoria in the fall I read PERB for background information and decided to see Violet of SU largely based on her posts. Her posts led me to believe that she was a sensible, intelligent person whose company I could enjoy. If I was going to spend time in Vancouver there are a number of SP's whose posts make them "must sees".
Ladies, don't let the negatives stop you.

I can think of 10 different SP`s who were active on the board and reading their posts anywhere--the lounge, ad section, review threads--were deciding factors in seeing them.
Some were intriguing (SheDevil and her goth personna),
some were really spunky (Danika, ex BBC girl in her reponse to a negative review was a classic--post #11 of this thread https://perb.cc/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=41115&highlight=Danika),
some had a quick wit (M1A got my attention that way)
some were not only very well-spoken and polite, but revealed their hedonist side (DeaAphrodite),
some were delightfully flirty (Alize).

My post that Mr. O quotes at the beginning of this thread points out the practical reason for allowing SP`s on the board (makes it easier to out trolls and shills), but the additional benefits of getting to know an SP before seeing her is greater for me.
I know there are many who disagree because it`s macho to want to talk about banging whores like they`re objects, not people. That`s not the board I will spend my time on.

And thanks for the link to Danika's post - since I saw her later in 2006, I guess that one never registered. If it had, I would probably have seen her much earlier in the year and had more than one session with her at BBC I'm sure.
