right here and now
I'm surprised no one has started a thread on this so here goes from my POV.
EXCELLENT! Will definitely return next year pending the entertainment schedule.
Outside of the usual blips when it comes to liquor and portables line ups and some of the vendor pricing I thought this festival was well organized and mostly successful.

Florence and the Machine was superb. Saw her at the smaller Deer Lake venue several years ago, but Saturday night at the Skyline Stage with probably 20,000 + on hand (I don't really know- the area was jammed and I was in a VERY good state of mind) was as good a live show as I've ever witnessed. The woman makes me melt....
Other highlites:
Blue Rodeo- what's not to like?- They ripped a truly memorable set.
St. Vincent- Annie Clark was un-fucking believable!
Greta Van Fleet- for those who always wanted to experience Led Zeppelin in the early 70's.....
Dear Rouge- these locals simply killed it....
and The Killers- well, although they put on a great performance I'd already been to the moon and back with these other bands, so they were what they were...

I agree with DD. I only went Saturday, primarily to see St.Vincent and the War on Drugs. Both bands were top notch. The WOD are a muscular band, you really need to listen to their music as they pack a lot into it. St.Vincent was outstanding too, even in the pouring rain. A non musical highlight was watching the tight jiggle of Annie Clark’s bottom as she ran off stage. Can still clearly remember it. A most pleasant surprise was Rodrigo y Gabriella. Both playing with their acoustic guitars.... they sounded like a metal band at times. So talented. Check them out. After WOD I left as I was cold. My air bnb was next to Rogers Arena so I could hear the Foo finishing their concert with ‘Everlast’.
