As hinted at above, there are many jealous locals who stoop to fake bookings to defend their turf.

And do not be afraid to name and shame any guys who cancel on short notice.
These guys are ruining things for everyone else.

I totally agree. Ask for reference from another SP. Don't book unless guys have a good reference.
I also have used your services a lot and even sometimes when visiting TO. Always had a nice time.
