The situation in Winnipeg as I see it is similar to how a person who had returned from a trip to the soviet union a number of years ago before the Berlin wall came down . Told me restraints where like

The service was very bad and the serving staff had the vew .That they where doing you a big favor. By allowing you the priveliege of dining at their restraint . This was due to a lack of competition
As stated in some threads pooner,s will use certain sp simply because they know they are the same the pictures on the sp advertisement . That the pooner is unlikely to be robbed or given an education in john school . I think more services and more competition . in the personal services industry. no matter the cost or type of service . Can Olney be a good thing for Winnipeg . With some of my experiences with what may be seen as the lower end of the sp spectrum around $200 an hour .
