I was talking more in terms of politics, trades etc. I was a big NBA fan till Grizzlies left. I know they sucked big time and in a way I can see why the left. My resentment is towards the way the whole thing went down. I remember they did not even start the ticket sales till very late. The owner clearly had an agenda to show it as a money losing franchise and then move to USA. I was told that that is how he made his fortune.

Like the whole BSE scandal.....Our CFIA looks for mad cow disease , and it will occur naturally in one out of every million cows.
Yet the US having dozens of people that died from consuming infected beef, says they've never had a case.
So if we as Canadians look for it to protect our citizens ,you will find it, and it's reported, and the US ....who claims to never have had a single case, bans the safer Canadian beef to be exported into their country.
Being honest can get very expensive.

You are correct . My ex used to work for the grizzlies. It's a shame because it was an awesome family outing; affordable, high energy, perfect for adhd kids .It was never meant to be a success. The owners could not get a franchise for memphis ,so they had one here with the whole idea of failing so they could then move the franchise.
