This is 180 from my experience. I saw this and actually asked Amanda about it. The amount of lack of detail and simply “2/10” everything, especially looks gave me red flags. Amanda told me in the time span of time of this review they had bad customer, who actually didn’t pay for the extras and left without paying. So if I had to guess this is that customer. I’ve experienced a 2/10 girl. Def not this one.

I can't judge who is right or who is wrong. However, a person must be at his lowest to receive a service and not paying for it regardless of 2/10 or 10/10. Animals do that!

there’s nothing to straighten out. don’t waste your $$ on sara the service isn’t great. i’ve seen amanda many times and we are lucky to have her. sara is not on her level. i can’t believe the backlash here for an honest review. by all means go see her for yourself and waste your $$ but don’t say u weren’t warned.
Perb doesn't like negative reviews. Everything is always sunshine and rainbows. The moment someone's favourite SP/MP/Agency get's a less than stellar review people come out of the woodworks in their defense

This is complete bullshit. So long as the reviews are honest, we don't care one way or the other. If you have proof to back up your statement, show it. White knights are looked at very carefully and many have been banned.
Wasn't leveling my comment at moderation in particular. There definitely felt like an influx of white knighting over the last while. Your crackdown on them is noticeable though

Her comment was deleted because unpaid providers are not allowed to respond to reviews. If a lady takes issue with a review, it should be flagged and let the mods deal with it. A fake negative review is treated even more harshly than a shill positive one. We will not allow PERB to be used as retribution by a bad client trying to get even or hurt a provider because they refused service or he was pushing boundaries or breaking rules.
She could pay and let others hear her side of the story. The nominal Perb fee is insignificant compared to the bad publicity she is getting. It’s not good for business. Perb moderators are doing a great job at keeping harmony on the forum.
