renting a suite to a SP ?

Does anyone here have first hand knowledge of renting a suite or basement to an SP for use as an incall. not a 24/7 residence, just a business incall.

Besides a bit of traffic, perhaps laundry/utilities, and maybe some noise, did you have any significant issues or drama ?

I had an sw renter whose hubby - unknown to me at the time- was a criminal.
It almost ruined me, lost my rental property and all my money in court.
Don’t do it unless you know everything about her. AND everything about the people she associated with.

I had rented a property to an escort, (her profession unknown to me at the time.), for about 10 years. She did not conduct business at home, that I knew of. Only did outcalls.
We conducted regular checks when we were in the neighbourhood, ensure the property was being looked after properly.
She was the ideal tenant, kept a very low profile at home.

We discovered her professional identity one day when her cell phone packed it in, she gave us her 'work' phone for contact. Her voice mail mentioned she only did outcalls to specific hotels, and mentioned her rates. I don't think she gave us this by accident. I did not contact her on a professional basis. I did look her up to see her profile.

What did the last two sentences say- know who you are renting to. Most of the problems first time round were due to her hubby, and me being bamboozled by a hot blonde with big tits.

After that I was more jaded and careful. And today it’s easier to do background checks.
