Ladies, I was wondering...why does an sp rebrand? I was just curious. Obviously if someone is with an agency and decides to go indie, I get it. But someone who might be indie already, why rebrand?

Various reasons. It can be cause someone has gone from a certain price range to a higher one, where they don't want to be associated with their original lower price range. Maybe they got surgery, bbl, and want to move away from their original persona cause they feel like a new person.

Sadly some have had situations where they're trying get away from a toxic ex, stalker, or pimp. Others have had bad reviews, and may want to start fresh (or just may want to continue their hustle of shitty service). Then there are those who may have a good rep as a provider, but may have had some bad publicity, like in the media, or bad blood with another provider...etc

I know you prefer ladies to answer your subject, but, this is my thought. Depending on who the lady is, if she is your standard SP with your typical menu services, she may now include new adventurous types of services like Domme or Femdom role plays etc. Another words, service expansion ?

One re-brand every 3-5 years is Ok. More than that and there are “issues” I choose to stay away from.

I have experienced some very good well-thought out and LT committed re-brands, and I have experienced bad actors and charlatans (scammers) too.

Depth of character, predictability, and quality are important. When these are evident, re-branding unfortanely often results due to trolls, stalkers, and WOT’s.

i regret that anyone has to re-brand due to bad clients. We regret that anyone re-brands because they can’t get their shit together.

An sp that re-brands to leave drama behind or re-position her service offerings is OK imho. An sp that rebrands more frequently than adding new random tatoos or hair colour changes is not interesting to me

When I changed my name from True Tianna to Lady Via, it was because I had left the industry and come back a few years later & older, so I wanted a name that felt more mature.

When I dropped Lady Via for Lyrah Maxton, it was because I was engaged & planned on doing my best to wipe myself off the internet after I got married. I planned on moving & I was going to still come back to Canada for work visits to see regulars ect but not show my face..
O
We broke up & I kept the name because I actually like it a lot & I feel like I’ve grown since coming back as Lady Via, so Lyrah is just like another chapter in the novel of my Sp existence.

there are many reasons why we change our names. I know of some girls who simply got bored of their names, or felt like they didn’t represent them well anymore.

Funny you mention that cause there's an SP who left the province, but also went from claiming to be Brazilian, to then another name and suddenly half Middle Eastern half Hispanic, then a new name and she was Italian. Then down east she was face out and Afro Latina. Now she's face in, got surgery and lipo, and now a new name again, and this time retiring soon, but she's Portuguese. I bet in a few months she'll be back and claiming to be from Kazakhstan lol
