Very good points but I would like to add....what would have happened if the driver of the car got out of the car?.....would he have gotten the beating of a lifetime and be left for dead or would that person have pulled out a Glock and put a couple well deserved slugs in that guy.......many years ago a white guy was attacked by 4-5 black youths on the New York subway....he pulled a pistol and shot them...leaving all but 1 dead....and the guy that lived caught the bullet in his spine and was a parapalegic....he sued the guy that shot him and won....pretty fucked up I think.

The woman was suppose to appear in court after she was charged by the authorities when the video came out in Youtube. Imagine if the Judge was of a different color.
