Travellor, that is not the point here I was trying to make. I was just wondering (out loud) if law would be able to step in?
I know it is a dead horse, but it kicks once in a while.

BTW I saw a South Asian SP a few years back and she wouldn't see your Br0's either.
She had her reasons and they weren't about being from the same community.

I can see it now...There is an active thread in 411 section about a fellow PERB claiming he gets discriminated based on his (South Asian) descent.
I am of same descent (Indian) and I frankly have NEVER experienced that during my 14 sessions with 13 girls I have been with. While participating in that thread, something popped into my head and here it is.
IF and that is a big IF, prostitution was to be made legal in Canada, obviously it would be regulated by the govt too. Now, if it ever happened, would an SP be allowed to refuse service on basis of religion, race or gender.
Basically would Charter or Rights be applied to this industry too.
*On a funny note, if it ever happened, we, the minorities would have a hay day. Imagine an SP not allowing me DFK, guess who I am going to call right away... my lawyer of course.

And if someone refuses to see you on the basis of your race, do you really want to force it? It's like suing the klan for being excluded from their membership. You could but what's the point?

. I have heard some horrid tales of price haggling. The most memorable being this one, a (insert colour) guy booked a one hr session for $$$, had 2 SOG inside of 35 minutes. He then proceeded to take $ back from the envelope without even discussing with the SP. Luckily, she counted the envelope when he went to the wash room just before leaving. Once confronted with this, he actually told her that "300 X 0.58 = 174.00", so he's actually leaving her a 26 bucks tips.well i do not discriminate against race, but if you have no manners on the phone i will not book you, i like mature gentlemen, so if you call and say " so wassup can i come check you?" no i will not book you. your initial call sets the tone for our get together. and i know alot of girls dont see black men as clients not because they are racist but because they date black men and dont want their private business being found out. its about protecting their privacy.
