If you asked them to stop and they haven't, flag the message and let the mods deal with it.
I haven't used it on any of the boards I belong to, but... Isn't there an ignore button? Doesn't that do anything?
You have to use the ignore button AND leave the conversation or they can still contact you. It's better to report harassment to the mods though because if they're doing it to you, they'd do it to the next person too 😥 Best to get it on record.
