Ok, I am in great shape. I am blessed with a slim physique, and a toned body through exercise, and a kid free body. I am also very proportionate. I guess I have a models body, but not quite that slim.

My problem is this. I cannot gain weight for the life of me. I am about 10 pounds underweight, but when I went to my doctor he actually said "you're perfect!".

But I still want to put on some weight, and even if I eat crazy I cannot gain an ounce.

Any advice? I went on a fatty food binge for awhile, and guess what? Didn't gain anything.

I know I look fine the way I am but I would like to get my weight up to at least what is recommended for my frame. :(

cant beleive i am actually doing this. you do not only gain weight from what you eat. you say you are in great physical shape. but you also gain weight through muscle mass. im not saying that you need to pump iron like a son of a bitch, but using weights may help you out.

Question for the men. What do you do when your cock is too large? I mean, seriously? I've been to a doctor, and been told that I have a porn star cock. In fact, I'd put most porn stars to shame. If I was you I'd get checked for worms. My horse couldn't gain weight and found out it got worms. I'm serious TT. You may have thousands of little pin worms , or one big tape worm.

that is actually something that never even considered could be wrong. and i am not agreeeing to be an ass. pin worms or a tape worm are very bad news.

You don't have nothing to really be jealous of. I have a few friends your size and they are very happy with themselves.

Just out of curiosity, how often do you wash your hair? We once had a dog with hair like that and had to shave him it was so badly matted.

I've been to my doctor. I am such a clean living person there is no way I could get worms. He says I am normal, perfect in fact.

But, I want to put more meat on my bones. Maybe 69guy is right, I have to put on muscle mass, but personally I do not find that feminine at all.

I admit to going off topic and replying and many posts (which I am sure can be annoying) But I do try to stay on topic for the most part.

This *is* the review section. And a non review really shouldn't be posted in this sub forum. Not to mention the numerous other threads she has started in this same sub forum...again none of which are reviewing sp's or mp's.

The internet is full of boards and chats for her brand of chit chat. This just isn't one.

No one should have to walk through all her posts to find a review.

The least she could do is put them in general disc.

A lot of people don't think about it, but muscle weighs more than fat (for the same volume of course) So, if you are looking to ad a few pounds muscle mass is the way to go. The fit pysique is definately desirable (from my point of view), I do love a woman with a fit/athletic physique, overly muscular not so much. Just my 2 cents.
