much like any other program out there it has it's merits. the thing it focuses on is becoming better conditioned. actually there are alot of workout programs now that work on higher reps and better conditioning, as opposed to just becoming muscular.
i tried the program in december. i abandoned it because i like the gym better. i was 9% bodyfat in teh winter, i'm at 6% right now, and my conditioning is already pretty good so i'll stick to what got me this far - my traditional workouts.
