the trafficing of girls in Canada is usually related to our local youth. Most, if not all, of the Chinese workers come here fully accepting the work. They have done the work back home and want to make more money coming here. Lately I have been told the prices in Asia are comparable to Vancouver, if not more. If you have been a pooner for a while you know that the ladies we get here are well past their working primes in China so that is why they come here. We are okay with late 20's-50 yr olds.

Young girls, particularly those that come from a bad background, bad home, poor situation, and low self esteem are easy scores for many of these pimps. Some girls are susceptible to manipulation and intimidation - particularly if they are young and don't know shit yet. Doubly so if they are being brought in from another country (especially if they don't speak English) and are completely reliant (and often "indebted") to their traffickers for bringing them in and must pay that debt by earning cash or get a beating. Tough to run away (at least perceptually) or see the cops if you're an illegal alien, you have no money, no language skills, no place to go, no way to get back home and you're scared shitless if your pimps catch you after attempting to.
And some of these places they work out are absolute squalor. Seriously - you need to pull your head out of your ass. I commend the LE for going after the pimps and the traffickers.
'Bad background, bad home, poor situation, and low self esteem' - all this has nothing to do with the sex trade per se: individuals like that can be manipulated and intimidated to do anything (e.g. stealing,selling drugs), not just selling sex. It is a totally unrelated issue.
And where did you get the information about those who 'are being brought in from another country'? Mass media, urban legends? Our media deliberately lies as we have already established in this thread. On this forum we don't need to rely on that - we know it all first hand. Members of this forum have met numerous Chinese/Korean girls and continue to do so. I'm asking all these members: have you ever met a girl who was 'scared shitless' / beaten up / confined to a micro? I haven't! I saw exactly the opposite - girls work and live in upscale condos, they are relaxed and more concerned of making big bucks than anything else. They easily change micros if they see better opportunities - so their employment is no different from ours except they are usually very well paid.
When it comes to 'no language skills, no place to go, no way to get back'... give me a break! Do you fucking live here? In many areas of metro Vancouver you have way better chance of people understanding you if you speak Cantonese / Mandarin rather than English. There is a HUGE Chinese community here girls can rely on if they have to.
And before going after 'pimps and traffickers' it might be a good idea to create an alternative - but for now our government abuse their power and act like criminals themselves.
So before calling other people 'idiots' you may wish to have an appointment with your shrink yourself.
