Property Managers

Any of you guys out there property managers for commercial sites?

I'm a landscaper and I currently service a few commercial property managers, but I wouldn't mind getting some more work doing landscaping services?

ie) Hotels, townhouses, strata's, etc..

Any help would be appreciated guys and hello I'm new

there are more effective ways to advertise and i doubt many guys are going to phone you as say 'I saw your ad on perb' ....
