I always wonder if the reason for such a concentration is a greater likelihood of capturing the lunch time professional demographic and what that data might look like with more people living further out and more people working from home.Downtown is a pain in the ass because of the traffic and parking situation. I’m pretty sure most of us live outside the downtown core.
The only time I ever go downtown is to see a provider. 😆Seeing downtown with that many votes is surprising. I both drive and take the skytrain regularly and i hate having to go downtown at any time for any reason. East van/burnaby is ideal. It would be nice if more reputable providers worked Surrey/Langley
From where I live in Langley City, I can walk to at least eight of them, or a dozen if you include independent providers. Please post or vote your preferences in regards to incall locations in the GVA

Almost all vancouvers wealthiest live within 10 minutes of downtown or downtownIt's likely one of the areas with the highest income and net worth levels as well.
It is easily accessible from other parts of Vancouver, whether by car, public transit, bike, or other means (also high net worth areas)
Kerrisdale, Arbutus Ridge, and Point Grey arent 10 mins from downtown. Thats where the people with real money live. They dont want to be close to the chaos of downtown and they can afford some land rather than just an apartment downtown. And West Vancouver is one of the richest towns in North AmericaAlmost all vancouvers wealthiest live within 10 minutes of downtown or downtown
I used to live in Point Grey until recently, 10 minute drive to downtown.Kerrisdale, Arbutus Ridge, and Point Grey arent 10 mins from downtown. Thats where the people with real money live. dont go at rush hourIt is also a hassle getting over the bridge to downtown from those swanky areas. Just a huge lineup getting onto Burrard or Cambie. I remember the outlook group having a place in Chinatown off Main that was super convenient.
None of those times are true between 7am and 7pm. And those are the most sensible hours to go poon. Currently a 14 min drive from PG to DT for example. At 3am i can get from Richmond to DT in 10 mins but that doesnt seem fair to say now does it?I used to live in Point Grey until recently, 10 minute drive to downtown.
Also used to live in Arbutus Rigde 10-15 minutes drive downtown
Currently own and live in house in Shaughnessy, less than 10 mins to downtown
