This makes me feel sad for you, you must really seen the wrong women who clearly didn't have any love for the job, I've found myself to start having more fun, and giving a more human experience after the first year. The first year I was so concerned with reviews, not being a clock watcher, and how I looked at different angles. After that I realised I'm the only one who cares about those things and started having some real fun. No two appointments are *ever* the same. Sorry to hear that's not the norm.

I'm not sure why you would feel sorry for my opinion. It is afterall just an opinion and the OP asked and I volunteered my take. I have more fun with ladies between 2-6 months than I do any other category. I have had my share of disappointing experiences all over (and great ones too) but if I had to pick my favourite category based on averages, 2-6 months is what has produced the better results.
