Hey buddy, I started about two months ago and I think you need to start with a mature lady. I can only recommend you the ones in Langley, Surrey area. I think Cherise in Surrey was excellent to me as a first timer. She has a nice body, smaller boobs, great curvy hips and even greater attitude. You can search her on ERS list.
I would also recommend Jewel in Surrey. She is a sweetheart. She is a BBW. She works out of Burnaby as well.

I've seen a range of ladies with a good 25 year range in ages.

Honestly, I'm not so sure that age is a deciding factor on this one. Select a well reviewed lady that catches your eye, clearly communicate that you are looking for leadership on their part, make sure that this is something they feel confident in and enjoy.

My advice is find your type and then do your homework. It doesn't take much to soon figure out the good ones from the not so good. Suggestions are good, but ultimately you have to find out for yourself.

I think if you are open to them about your age/your lack of experience/why you are contacting them, at the time of contacting them, they will understand.

Personally speaking, I think a mature Sp understands it better... but hey, that is just my opinion. I am sure there are some great younger sp's who have seen a few rookies and taken their virginities. lol
