i have had a few pimples around my penis not on the head just at the bottom on my shaft once or twice and around my balls and etc... they come and go sometimes.. has anyone eles had this happen im kinda worried anything i could do ?

Its really common to get concerned about things that can come and go on the penis.
As the penis and the rest of the genitals is covered in skin and hair it is common to get things like pimples, ingrown hairs etc... Just like any other part of the body.

From what you have described it does not sound like anything to be concerned about, but given that it is something that is playing on your mind I would suggest seeing a doctor when they are there. There is a good chance that they will be able to tell you straight away if it is a problem or not. They will also be able to explain what is normal which can help for future concerns.
As most sexually transmitted infections do not cause symptoms we always recommend people go for regular testing even when they feel fine.
