Does anyone know what the best enhancer would be? to step up my game.
besides the obvious blue pill or similar stuff.......

psych control.
body condition: lots toning, lower back and ab training, endurance training.
dont eat too full.
dont drink before the game.

for me its the last 2, im good with the 1st two.

Look up viagra on craigslist. Alternatively, stop all sexual activity for 1 week. And do lots of squats with weights. Both of them will boost your testosterone.

I Started food supplementation years ago. I for one Drink 2 glasses of Skim milk. Eat Chicken breast and Tuna during the day (no more than 3 days a week for Tuna.) With Spinach and Toast and a banana. 1 Cup of Total in the morning with Skim milk and usually a 3/4 of a pound to a pound or so of watermelon.

Decent enough Diet and It helps your body then add to that some Parax Ginsing Vitamin B complex and a CQ10.

Try it for a week ..

lately found b100 its a magic pill for food metabolism.

daily:
vitamin c, glucosamine and omega 3.
exp glucosamine another magic pill for the joints.

i would rank supplement not that high...

mental conditioning is primary.......
its up there tells whats down there to release.....if u know what i mean.
mind over body.

second would be body conditioning.
i guess ur body has to last also......if u want to have longevity.....
i highly recommend ab and lower back strengthening training.

finally body toning....
better physiques and enhance performance.
girls do want a better looking and performing partner.....

I had a problem about 6 months ago where 3times in a row where after about 10min my cock gradually went limp to where it completely flatlined(I also had a cialis in me the last time).
