L-arginine is a chemical building block called “an amino acid.” It is obtained from the diet and is necessary for the body to make proteins. L-arginine is found in red meat, poultry, fish, and dairy products. It can also be made in a laboratory and used as medicine.
L- Citrulline is an amino acid that is commonly converted by our kidneys and other organ systems into arginine (another amino acid). Found Primarily in WATERMELON!
An enzyme called nitric oxide synthase (NOS)—found in many of our body's cell types—is able to take the amino acid arginine and use it to help produce a very small molecule of gas called nitric oxide (NO), which is a muscle relaxant. For example, when NO tells the smooth muscles around our blood vessels to relax, the space inside our blood vessels can expand, allowing blood to flow more freely and creating a drop in blood pressure. The relaxing of muscle tension and increasing of blood flow is also the way that NO can change erectile function in men. (The prescription medication sildenafil or Viagra (TM) works in this way.)
Also take:
Coenzyme Q-10 (CoQ-10) is a vitamin-like substance found throughout the body, but especially in the heart, liver, kidney, and pancreas
and Folic Acid B-Vitamin to help with the delivery and breakdown of the above amino acids.
Then you can add Panax ginseng. People use the root to make medicine. Do not confuse Panax ginseng with American ginseng, Siberian ginseng, or Panax pseudoginseng.
I Started food supplementation years ago. I for one Drink 2 glasses of Skim milk. Eat Chicken breast and Tuna during the day (no more than 3 days a week for Tuna.) With Spinach and Toast and a banana. 1 Cup of Total in the morning with Skim milk and usually a 3/4 of a pound to a pound or so of watermelon.
Decent enough Diet and It helps your body then add to that some Parax Ginsing Vitamin B complex and a CQ10.
