Bobtrain is the first person of 2023 to get a ban, 1 week long. When you get a warning, telling you to post in the right spot and that the mod moved your post for you, reposting the exact same thing in the spot it was posted incorrectly in the first place is going to cause you some grief. Mistakes are one thing, failing to learn from them is another.

jgg two weeks for reposting deleted information. When you write a blatant schill for your friend and it gets edited don’t repost what got it edited in the first place. We all like to help out our friends but unpaid advertising is not tolerated on PERB!

zacharyowen gets 1 month off for posting a candid pic of a civilian clearly taken without knowledge or consent and then offering 5K for a lady who "looks like her". This kind of creepy stalker type behavior will not be tolerated here.

Onyx7 gets 6 months for a review that vividly describes a sexual assault. To the dozen people who replied to the thread but never flagged it or contacted a mod, shame on you. Seriously. You called him out on the review, but didn't bring it to the mods. You are all partially responsible for that post staying up for almost a month.

Chuck99999 you can post a review, not an ad. You can listen when the mod tells you that. You can post complaining that the mods took your "review" down. You can get caught promoting the same lady in an 411 thread. You can serve a week in Perbatory for unpaid promotion. Gents, your ATF may make you shoot sparks out of your ass but 1 review per provider, per month, max and it should be a review not a promotional post.

07lightning and Vagitarius Rex both get a week off. When you want to know why a thread was deleted, PM the mods. Don't complain about it on the board. Secondly, when you want to pile on and call people who flag posts for breaking rules pathetic, you also end up with a week in Perbatory.

stayhard 3 weeks this time. Some people ask why mods can get short tempered or snippy with people. Here's a fellow who has had 5 infractions for necro posting and hijacking threads in a 4 month period. Does not seem to be learning, has been on the board a long while, should know the rules, but this last one was 4 years ago, the lady is long gone. We don't mind helping those who need it and cutting a break for a newbie, and even giving a second chance when someone is truly remorseful. This fellow just doesn't care to even try to follow the rules, so we can get frustrated like normal humans.

Matdark 1 week. Mods frustration part 2. This fellow dug up a necro post this afternoon, got a warning and the post deleted. Hasn't even looked at the warning, reposted the exact same question that was deleted in the past hour. To quote the kids today, it's triggering to be ignored completely like that when you are trying to help.

indian_boner 1 month. When you get told to follow the rules and get a 2 week ban for previous offenses, it's expected you'd learn from that. Waiting 6 months and then breaking more rules doesn't mean you start from scratch.

gbc00 someone is trying to break a record or something, last week got 3 infractions in 1 day for posting a 411 question in a review forum, this week does the same thing plus posts a twitter link to a non supporting member. Hopefully he’ll take his 2 weeks to read the rules!

BangNGo 3 weeks for third necro posting infraction. This is a guy who can’t learn from his mistakes, joined in November has less than 10 posts and still ends up in perbatory!

DavidHa, Kenkk and Jamescookvic all now permanent. It's pathetic that when a lady moves from one shop to the other that the former employer tries to post nasty stuff about the lady to hurt her business. Pathetic and gross.

EuroSZabina, Fiona, IvyOctober. All banned for discussing business while unpaid and/ or having advertising in there profiles. The rules are very clear if you’re not a supporting member no discussing business! And no pictures in your profile!

Jessi.mezz 2 weeks. Guys we get it, it sucks to have a bad experience, but you are allowed to post ONE negative and honest review. You don't get to hound the lady and post again and again about it every chance you get. It is against the rules and it's honestly pretty creepy and stalker like. Get over it and get over yourself.

iamfullofsurprises gets a week off. When you post a 411 in the lounge and you get a warning, don't repost the same thread 1 hour later because you notice it's been deleted. Learn from a warning and post in the right section, don't just double down on being wrong.
