Pearly Penile Papules

I've got very small/faint skin tags around the edge of my crown, but I've never had a lady comment on them.

I haven’t seen these, at least not to the extent they’re on google. They look a bit like molescum which is worrying! I can see the difference though.

Mine came in when I hit puberty...that was a confusing time for sure. The male version of the virgin birth, the virgin with the 'STD', lol. There were only two times though that they were an issue and if the provider has never seen them before then you can't really blame them for being apprehensive.

I remember my family Doctor at the time saying there was a way to remove them, but it sounded painful. I was a pre-teen and he didn't recommend it.
