I fail to see how a sitting MP's private comments are more topic worthy and offensive than the flagarant abuse of public funds, the contempt of parliament and the utter lack of competant governance that the Conservatives have displayed. Quite typical, really, of the Conservatives and their like minded supporters... attacking someone on a personal scale in order to deflect attention from their own professional impropriety.

The latest poll by Leger in Quebec is indicating that it was Jack Layton that won Quebec and that Nycole Turmel doesn't excite the Quebecois at all.

As you know, Al, that poll is has already been surpassed by another, by CROP, showing the NDP with 36% in Quebec, the Conservatives and the Bloc tied as 22%, and the Liberals at 16%.
