We do not allow discussion about illegal drugs, if there's an ad saying party friendly, flag it and we will address it, unless it's listed as a restriction.
When I was a kid, saying "it's snowing down south" was code for "your slip is showing" because undergarments were "unmentionables."
My, how things have changed.
Are you saying that Google indexing what they put in the link results makes Perb a public site ruled by government rules and obligations ?
I'm not following here . Once you enter private sites you are bond by their rules which normally have to stay inside certain legal boundaries but are still private which allow the owners to give access or to kick people out if need be .

I agree. Free speech does not mean "free of consequences". Piss off any group or community enough, and you get kicked out.
Whether Perb is considered public, or private, it's completely irrelevant to the topic at hand which is ads here labelled party-friendly that need to be reported and removed. I hope everyone does try reporting if they see something that breaks forum rules, such as party-friendly ads and people hijacking threads.
There is no free speech on PERB. It's a site with terms and conditions, and rules. If you post against those rules, you can and will be removed from the site. This has been hijacked, so it's being shut down.
