The saddest part of being an old pooner is when a favorite SP retires.
When you've been seeing a beautiful woman you felt a great "connection" with, so many times over many months and years, you build a great affection for her.
Call me sentimental but....
When she retires and you can never see her again, it leaves an empty place, as with any breakup.
I've felt it a few times with several special ladies I've seen over the years. I find myself often wondering how they are doing and it makes me both sad and hopeful that their life is good!
God bless them for the happy times they gave me!
I wonder if any ever think about this sappy old pooner?
Ahh well, one more drink before I go to bed.
Geez, I'm starting to sound like you Eddie!
Cheers!
