Nigerian internet scams

Did anyone else read recently that some women lost alot of money through an internet dating scam based in Nigeria???

I really didn't think it was possible anymore, the first time I heard about Nigeria and scams was many years ago. These women obviously don't get out much.

What's really sad is that here I am single and pay occaisonally for company. These women send thousands of dollars over the internet to someone on the other side of the world they've never met....Why?? Is it the colour thing? what is it about Nigerian men? I'm not kidding, what is wrong with these women??

I know people will mention something about "love", these are grown women falling for this shit, they need to understand that you don't send money over the internet when dating.....it's a fucking NO NO.

Well all I'm saying is that Nigeria has been known to breed con artists and scammers in very high numbers for the past 30 yrs at least.

This info has been out there a long time, I first read about it 20 yrs ago. You are probably quite young, so you probably don't know about this.

I remember I sold a cell phone to Nigeria.I sent mine via fedex and I reading that they are all scammers and I phone fedex to hold and return the shipment.That was a close call
