I know 60,000 other people that would call you a coward too, if they were alive to do so.
Some of them did not agree on the reasons why they were there, but when the country asked them to go, they didn't run off. Like I said, you found a reason to justify being a coward. Nothing wrong with being a coward. I just would not want you covering my back anywhere but a PTA tea.
.
We'll, the over 100,000 americans who left to go to Canada would say that I was one of the smart ones. Of the 60,000 dead, if they could comment on it I think some of them would say I was smart too and they wish they had gone north but I really can't say what dead men would say and you can't either.

I also know many Vietnam vets who have told me they wished they had gone to Canada and there were also some who were upset that I was a draft dodger. We'll you can't please everyone.

Moderator, as interesting as this thread may be, can we move this into General Discussions please. I don't think RayLiota's question is being answered here.

If you weren't such a shallow thinker. You would know that we are all going to die. Some with our heads up and others with their tails between their legs.
I guess if you don't know the difference. It don't mean nothing anyways.

Shallow thinker, don't go into the deep end it could be over your head.

For myself I won't ever die. See sig line for information. But when my body dies I'll leave with my head held high because I wasn't a sheep who just did what I was told. I had the brains to question why we were fighting and killing people in a war that made no difference to anything. A political war with no winners but lots of losers.

Personally I don't have a tail, but if you have one you could join the circus.

You started the flame with insults mick but other then the tail joke I've tried to keep it civil. When you insult someone it only hurts if its true which in my case it isn't. As I said a number of pages ago I've been called worse by better men then you, much better men.

And Mick my souls just fine.

I saw a fascinating discussion of the Peloponnesian War on C-SPAN yesterday. The joys of only having basic cable. Still, that Thucydides could really spin a yarn.

I agree that some comments are abusive but how can you abuse freedom of speech. Are there limits to our freedom of speech.

I have used this quote myself before, but just because one believes in freedom of speech does not mean it has to be unlimited here on perb. People with nasty comments to say are still welcome to say them elsewhere, (such as to themselves? hehe).

We're back to the bottom line here being that verbal/posted abuse isn't tolerated. Especially if directed towards service workers.

It's no big deal just use a little common sense and courtesy and enjoy a resource that benefits a lot of people.

Noy only is this PERB forum anexcellent venue to stay current on this specialized scene, it contributes towards good management, healthy competition and more.

Well said, sidewinder. I totally agree with you. I was just saying that I think abusive comments not being tolerated here is not an affront on freedom of speech. Someone can think what they want, that doesn't mean they should be allowed to post it here. And no wonder people like that may get less than par treatment from sps - you don't treat the lady well & with respect, why should she care about pleasing you?

I often wonder how many people who post to this board or partake of the services offered realize how GOOD we have it here, and should do their part joyfully, if not regularly....:)

Here is Sidewinder's Incomplete guide to the Zen of Poonerism Part 1 dedicated to all of those wonderful people at SU and Luverly Lucy, voted Mr. Happy's Massagista of the Century:

I also solicite further input towards codifying this charter from Rollerboy, Engleburt Humperdink and Huged man respectively.....

1) Be polite even when things appear to go sideways.

2) Understand and exercise basic hygiene. This means washing frequently and wrapping your rascal.

3) Refrain from using expletive expression in the presence of ladies, unless the
25+ lb. salmon that you've been playing for 45 minutes throws the hook. Ditto for your team dropping the ball, or because of failure to maintain an erection of sufficient turgidity to perfect the task at hand.

4) Learn to enjoy using a variety of lubricants in addition to WD-40.

5) Do not, once rebuffed, demand to know the "real name" of your playmate.

6) Respect limits. When in doubt, ask beforehand. Service Personnel who choose not to offer "Greek" usually resent attempts being made to foist it upon them.

7) Never tease your companion of the moment about their tattoos.

8) Avoid attendance in an intoxicated condition. Drinking and "Driving" rarely mix, unless all of you start and finish together. If it's an orgy, all bets are off.

9) If surprised with a "strap-on" (or similar); try to relax and go along with it gracefully. Complain later. Post your story on PERB.

Compress all the other rules down to "I won't try to fuck you up the ass, if you don't try to fuck me up the ass."

Then #9 becomes "If inspite of Rule A, she's still buckling up the strap on, grin and bear it." All great stories involve somebody getting fucked up the ass, figuratively or literally.
