For what it's worth, I appreciate this discussion about rates. I've never really understood why it's poo-pooed to talk about it here. Just like everything else, as long as it's done with respect then have at it, I say.
I agree with the general take that Victoria commands a higher price than other cities in the province. I am an IF fan and pretty much exclusively visit there because the ladies have been awesome to me and are gorgeous. The flip-side is that I don't visit them nearly as much as I would like to because, with the GFE add-on, I'm typically paying in excess of $400 which is a bit of a hard line for me. I say "a bit" because junior has a way of convincing me otherwise from time to time.

As to ownership, in this industry the ownership is likely to be female owned then male owned (at least that is how it is presented on here). Class Choice- Jess, Su- Vikki, VIP- Ms Harvi, Vogue- Crimson?? and other Sps. No idea who owns Islands Finest. But it seems some of the girls that originally started there were tattooed and came off fet life... My original thought on prices was the house they worked out of, so I figured rent was expensive and was the reason for the price hike. Then women from VIPs were going to IF, then women from IF founded Vogue.
Nothing says that these women were 100% the owners of their escort agencies.
I also don't get why BOA in Victoria failed, they had some nice escorts, good site and popular too.

So now min rates are jacked up, and any extras cost alot.
In the last 2 years there has been an increased in Asian activity due to pricing... If they speak good English, they are probally from Canada. If they don't they are here visiting....(I might say the bad "T" word), and maybe guys should be asking for passports??
So IMHO guys are already talking by going to the cheaper rates of the Asians. (Agency vs. Asian).
The "Asian invasion" is what guys are turning to since they can't afford to spend $600 or more for things like light and deep French kissing, hand and chest touching, nipple sucking, or just being looked at…..

I think it's actually the old SVIPs location. I might book with them just to experience the wave of nostalgia hearing the door unlatch and walking into the building. Many great memories in that place.

I don't know who the owner of IF is, but it's a guy. He had Niki run it, but then Niki left along with Crimson and set up VC. I don't know what share of ownership is between the two. Not sure how IF is managed now.
BOA Victoria I think bought an expensive large property, with plans to do lots of expansion and remodelling. But though had great girls and service, I don't think the cash flow was enough for the property costs. There were also some internal drama between partners. They were the best while they lasted.

I've only ever been led to 1 shower at IF as well and I don't consider this unfortunate. The cleaning part of my experience is minimal - I'm there to get dirty after all.

I like the easy access to a shower that having one in each room provides. Not the end of the world though.. I do like to be able to count on having a shower if I need one, however. On one of my visits to IF the shower wasn't available as someone booked it for a one hour appointment. Fortunately I was able to freshen up adequately in their other bathroom that day.
Someone booked the shower? That sounds awesome.
I've only ever done 1 hr appointments there and have had a shower each time. But I've started to let them know beforehand that I want to freshen up before getting started. I agree it would suck counting on one and then not having the option.

Yeah same I always come in a few minutes early for a shower. It's never been an issue except that one time.
