Hi all. Newbie here. Just want to check negotiating services.

Legal Question: I understand that it is illegal to use terms "pay for X*X". What is the difference when you negotiate using acronyms such as FS, etc if the they mean the same thing. Can the Law not ding you the same way?

Negotiating question: Is it better to negotiate services before arranged time via txt, or are services negotiated when you first meet which would mean the $$ clock is ticking? For independents who have a web site, is FS a given, or does one need to say it out right?

Thx in advance...

You just call and ask or text her what her services are. Law enforcement doesn't go after clients unless they hurt a provider or they see someone who is trafficked. If you stick with a professional advertiser on here and be polite and respectful no one will get busted.

In America its also very different. You don't negotiate over the phone, only in person after both checking the other party is not LE.

All providers provide FS, unless they state they do not. Most massage ladies do not, and only do happy ending, but you will have to shop around to find what you want.

The ladies I have dealt with here do not negotiate. They may have different rates fir different services but negotiating is somewhat insulting.

In Your Wildest Dreams!
negotiate to discuss terms

Your choice of words was somewhat unfortunate, in that we tend to see 'negotiators' as 'bargain hunters' in this industry! As I understand it, you just want to know how to have the conversation on the phone....I have no idea whether I am on your radar or not, but let's say I am. Once you've been to my website, it's easy to say when you call "Hey Erica I'd love to see you today for two hours, and I want to play naughty." It's as simple as that. That keeps it simple & discreet for both of us. I don't have to have conversations about rimming when I am in the grocery store & you get the appointment & service you're hoping for!

Hope this helps...

I more referring to services. Rates I'm not concerned about.

I guess the question is, are services discussed when you meet or prior? If a service is not discussed up front, will there be extra charges over standard hourly rates? And when discussed, the use of acronyms is mandatory for legality? (Just seems kind of tacky.)

Understood. Not looking for a bargain. Just the appropriate level of conversation required. Some SP's websites/posts are more clear than others, and just want to make sure for the ones that are not so clear, that I'm getting what I prefer. Thanks!

Often the lady's ad or web site gives the client enough info to know what to expect. I don't personally discuss the nitty gritty in a phone call, but when I arrive I do like to have a quick conversation to establish the parameters.

The abbreviations are in common use and I don't find them particularly tacky. However, when speaking in person, I'm more likely to use words, not letters.

As long as you're not too explicit a quick chat or text with acronyms makes it more likely anyone legally established would answer. Though there are those SPs that get very explicit too. Depends on who's on the other side of things.. but do remember there's tons of girls advertised as '100% independent' but they in reality have 'management' so sometimes they may be very liberal in stating services yet the girl in question may not provide to everyone or ever and then that gets played off after the fact. You gotta remember that everyone's different and not everyone gets every single thing as the last person... he may not even want it

Sometimes you just have to see for yourself, reviews help to an extent but PMs to those reviewers leaving out details may garner more clearer understanding

Since you are new to this hobby, why not put your trust in a well reviewed advertiser from PERB?

She will guide you through the maze and make it a lot simpler for you to have a good experience.

I rarely if ever discuss menu and if they have a restriction, they will let you know. This saves any awkwardness and makes for a more natural date.

If you are looking for a more PSE with Greek and CIM etc then you will have to let her know in advance.

Sometimes you need to press the SP you are calling so they will be specific. You need to be careful and be extra polite in order not to come across rude but you can get the info if you probe. There was this girl I recently called that advertised 100% safe but also Pornstar skills. So I kept inquiring to understand better. She doesn't kiss LFK or DFK, she only does CBJ and of course no BBFS or Greek. She allows DATY, no digits. Not sure where the Pornstar skills start and end but I had to ask three times to get that particular information.
maybe pornstar means she fake moans a bit louder...

Regarding the negotiating question, I think you're inquiring as to what you can expect more than negotiating anything. It's a good idea to get all the specific wishes and desires out of the way over email beforehand so both parties can get into the GFE fantasy right of the bat, both knowing what needs to be covered during your time together.

Reading reviews by others who have met her gives you an idea of what she provides.

Look back in the perb.cc archives for Whitemoustache's Tips on Tapdancing through a Minefield. Bill C 36 targeted the johns and pimps, not the providers, in their terms, those who 'commodify sex.' The theory behind the legislation is that once the johns are scared away, the providers will seek another occupation. It's all about 'saving' the ladies from us.:loco:

I usually start the conversation by saying "Where are YOU taking me out for dinner tonight" So far it's been working. I honestly don't know why?

I get many inquiry's every day and would also prefer to get that out of the way before our session so we can talk about and do more interesting things right away and so there is no disappointment on what service was expected. It may seem impersonal but I have copy and paste for most of my menu/donations/restrictions. That might seem commercial to do that but after your 10th inquiry of the day and typing in the same info it gets very tedious along with the fact that sooner or later you will make a mistake typing it in each time. A few times before I started using C&P I missed a digit on a text and was expected to do a $200 service for $20 because when I quoted it I missed the last 0 :(

So in closing I don't mind you being upfront and asking for all the info and get it out of they way. I either allow it or I don't and we can go from there. For me there is no negotiating on services I don't provide. Restriction means restriction, doesn't matter how much money you throw at it, it still isn't going to happen.

Cheers all :biggrin1::tea::peace:

They can describe the "experience" any way they want. You should always take that with a grain of salt, whether it's a PSE or GFE.
When they say, SAFE, that means all covered.
