Hi all. Newbie here. Just want to check negotiating services.
Legal Question: I understand that it is illegal to use terms "pay for X*X". What is the difference when you negotiate using acronyms such as FS, etc if the they mean the same thing. Can the Law not ding you the same way?
Negotiating question: Is it better to negotiate services before arranged time via txt, or are services negotiated when you first meet which would mean the $$ clock is ticking? For independents who have a web site, is FS a given, or does one need to say it out right?
Thx in advance...
