Here and There
Got alot of time to kill at work the next week (like 8 of the 10 hours). For past 2 weeks it's only been half as bad and I could pass some time doing wall sits, calf raises and the like. Problem being I don't know alot of these exercises or even what they're called (looked up resistance, but apparently that's weight training). Figured I'd get a little benefit out standing around instead of being bored off my rocker.

Gotta be a little inconspicuous and have limited space so I can't go through a stretching routine and can't be anything arobic.

I can text, email, and browse the web to my hearts content and nobody says boo, but the instant I do a push up people call me lazy for not working

I can get away with some chin ups and dips while claiming boredom, beyond that it starts bothering the fellas that actually gotta work (and frankly I want em out of my way so I can go back to working)

Besides the ground is damn filthy, and it isn't ground, it's grating. Doesn't matter, I'm in a regular gym with equipment everynight anyways, just so bored and just really wanting to smoke.
