A simple poll - how many people think Maverick is employed? Or is he just the biggest lazyass of all time?
I don't care if he's employed or not, he's a fine human beingIlovethemall said:I am pleased you appreciate the poll - I think we all know the Maverick of whom I speak!
Ya know, I'm beginning to think that out of all the Perberts in Perbertdom, Disco is the one who picked his handle with the greatest insight.Ilovethemall said:Let's not try to stray discommbobbled, this is not a judgemental poll, merely a curiosity thing.
Not a statistician, but I did take a statistics course in the past... and statistics are interesting... they can be very revealing and insightful if taken and interpreted properly. I used to run a lottery pool, and a few friends and me determined from past results analysis that there are certain non-random tendencies in the 6/49 machine for example. Of course, our analysis did not mean we would automatically win, it just meant we probably improved out odds from 1 in 14 million to say... 1 in 7 million or something like that. I find things like that fun.planetsmurf said:i think he statitician or something with how many polls he does and how many times he wants people information on a subject. but its just not a day on perb without one of his reality threads with blowhard offering up the sweet picks
What was the result? That people who don't have money try to win money? Ha!!maverick73 said:I used to run a lottery pool, and a few friends and me determined from past results analysis that there are certain non-random tendencies in the 6/49 machine for example.

The problem is that you still end up with too many numbers for a sane person to purchase every 6 number combination.maverick73 said:Not a statistician, but I did take a statistics course in the past... and statistics are interesting... they can be very revealing and insightful if taken and interpreted properly.
