Married / So or Single?

I'm curious about some demographics. There's a post on another thread asking if you've ever had an SP push back or treat you any differently if they find out they're married. Im wondering what the percentages are.

Any providers reading this I'd like your opinions. What percentage of your clients do you think are married? And do you care one way or the other?

If an SP has an issue with seeing married/attached men as clients, she is probably in the wrong business.

The client's personal life is none of her business, unless he chooses to share that information.

If he is straying secretly or openly, that's between him and his SO.

I am too. Although things have evened out a little. Hardly a huge sample but interesting.

Single, for over ten years, after twenty years married (third wife). Not against getting married again, but I have become very picky. Basically seeking a unicorn. Got close once, but the age difference got to me, and I let her go. Kind of regret my decision on that one, to this day.

...and a little hypocritical, as the poll results show, she would lose 50% of her business!

I think the stats on divorces are 2 out of 3 marriages fail these days. So the unscientific poll is really close to reality.

I agree, just wanted to point out that all the lines can be blurred depending on who's interpretting the lines since some people need that validation / piece of paper and ceremony...

There were two SP somehow sensed that I am married. I then told them i am in this hobby not because i dont love my SO, but i just want to do something different and find some excitement outside. I was being honedt and sincere, and they treated me extra nice.
