Let me preface what Im about to say with this; I've known Mark for more than ten years on a personal level. Im sympathetic to what he is going through and I hope he serves as little time is possible. However, he knowingly broke the law by trafficking in seeds to a jurisdiction that he knew damn well it was illegal. This has nothing to do with any US conspiracies or pothead delusions. Its simply enforcing an extradition treaty that we signed up for. If the Bacon brothers had run to the US we'd want them back to face their gun and murder charges.
