You know, Lucy's style is to take her time and focus on quality service and satisfaction. She doesn't provide rush services. She even feels that a one-hour session is a kind of short and rushed. She prefers 1.5 hours and longer sessions because these clients are willing to take the time to truly enjoy the massage.

Case 2: Clients arbitrarily change the duration of the session

You know, Lucy likes things to be done according to plan and is uncomfortable with easily changed actions. When the client contacted Lucy, he booked the duration and content, which was an unwritten agreement. He should adhere to it.

Someone booked 1.5hrs, but after the release, he didn’t want to continue, so he ended the session half an hour early and even recalculate the cost and demand a refund. This is not how it should be done. The time slot had already been scheduled for him and couldn’t be used for anyone else, so this is unfair to Lucy, and she does not accept it.

Yes, of course. Lucy believes that completing the full session is very important and essential. In her session, hj is just an important part rather than the terminator. For a 1-hour session, hj usually takes place at the end, and in general, clients can cooperate with Lucy to hold on until the end. There are also some people who release a little quicker, and there is still a little time left. At this point, clients can choose to have a little massage until the end of session.

For a 1.5-hour or longer session, hj is usually performed about half an hour before the end of session. After that, the client can do back massage, or front relaxing massage, or local physical therapy. Lots of people enjoy head massage during the front massage, feeling particularly relaxed and even falling asleep.

Case 4: Clients taking extra long showers

Most clients choose to take a shower after the session, while a few choose to use a hot towel to wipe off the oil. The shower time is usually within 5 minutes, followed by dressing up and leaving. The total time should not exceed 10 minutes, which is reasonable.

But there are also very few clients who take extra long shower, exceeding 10-15 minutes, which is unreasonable. Because this will affect the normal process of the next session. In this situation, Lucy has to end the session a little earlier to avoid influencing the subsequent clients.
