All kinds of routines, most of which ended up breaking up on bad terms.

Lucy's impression of such a person is that he is kind of rude, impolite and unreasonable, without goals and targets. Recently, Lucy was severely criticized by the dentist. Not only that, the dentist also filled 7 of her teeth. Wow! 7 teeth? So many cavities?! What happened? Please listen to Lucy's story.

It's not the cavities that were filled, but what the dentist said was that when Lucy brushed her teeth with the regular toothbrush, part of the teeth next to the gums were brushed away, forming grooves. The dentist filled those grooves for her.

Although the dentist told Lucy several times before that she should use an electric toothbrush instead of a regular toothbrush, she didn't listen and continued to use the regular toothbrush because she had been using it for 40 years and was used to it. The bristles of the electric toothbrush were short, and it felt like it didn't brush properly or clean. Besides, electric toothbrush makes noise, and Lucy was afraid of disturbing her family while they were sleeping, so she stubbornly refused to use it. She even said to the dentist, "Really? My teeth are not made of tofu, how could I brush them off with a toothbrush?”🦷🪥

The strange thing is that after using the electric toothbrush for a while, she got used to it. She used it several times a day, just after eating. Every time she felt very comfortable and fresh, as if she was massaging her teeth. She doesn't even hate the noise of the electric toothbrush anymore.

She uses the Sensitivity Protection Sensodyne toothpaste. Most of the time she didn’t need to rinse her mouth after brushing her teeth. Instead, she deliberately left the toothpaste on her teeth and then rinsed her mouth when she needed to eat or drink. She likes the fresh smell of toothpaste. Her teeth are so sensitive that she could feel even a tiny bit of food residue on her teeth, which made her feel very uncomfortable and needed to be cleaned right away. She bought many bottles of 1.5L LISTERINE mouthwash from COSTCO and used it frequently when she had time. Sometimes she was sitting in the sofa using the foot massager while using mouthwash. Because she fell asleep too quickly, she couldn’t spit out the mouthwash and accidentally swallowed it. This happened several times. You see, she not only washed her mouth and teeth with mouthwash, but also washed her stomach at the same time, lol.

Lucy actually enjoyed the dentist's treatment of her teeth. Before starting to fill her teeth, she lay down and closed her eyes. She immediately felt a little drowsy and wanted to sleep, even though it was around 9:30 in the morning. She said to the dentist, "I trust you. Please help me to move my head in any direction as you wish during the treatment and no need to tell me. Because I might be unconscious and couldn’t follow the instructions correctly, and I just want to enjoy the process, haha.”

You may say, "Lucy, are you kidding? Teeth treatment is kind of painful and uncomfortable, right? What’s the point of enjoying it?" Lucy is not afraid of pain. What she really enjoyed was the dentist and assistant focusing on her teeth. She even somewhat understood why men like their packages to receive attention so much, because people enjoy being focused on something really important. You see, whatever Lucy talked about could be related to her work, haha.

Some time ago, Bothro shared his dental care experience, and Lucy thought it was very good. He said,

“Hi Lucy. Like you, my dental hygienists were critical of my home ‘oral’ care. I Have changed my care over the past 20 years and I have the following suggestions for you to consider:

1) get a good electric toothbrush. I use an Oral B 40. Always be gentle, and only clean the teeth above the gums. Do not brush the gums. It causes the gums to recede.
2) Use dental floss once a day only. Follow directions.
3) use a good mouthwash, twice a day. “Swish” around your mouth for 20 seconds. I used Listerine Total Care. The mouthwash controls bacteria that cause plaque and tartar.

If you do all three of these steps, you will have done everything you can.”

Really appreciated Bothro’s sharing. In addition, in daily care, Lucy also used the interdental brush and water floss, at least once a day, and sometimes used tooth cleaning powder. The super lovely Sunnyman from Manitoba should be called Lucy’s lucky star. He recently surprised Lucy again and brought her full of sunshine and positive energy. On Tuesday, Sunnyman suddenly sent a text message to Lucy saying that he was coming to Vancouver for a week's vacation and asked if he could meet her four times. What? Did Lucy hear it right? Meeting 4 times in 1 week? Really? Last time in February, he visited Lucy three times in one week and tried three milking tables. It looks like he is going to set a new record this time, yeah!

This time they used Sunnyman’s favorite orange milking table. They were massaging and chatting, as if they had endless things to say. You know, Sunnyman's visit is really a big event for Lucy. It made her busy and happy every day this week, in a cheerful and bright mood. Yesterday was his second visit, and it was another beautiful sunny day. Sunnyman brought so much sunshine to Lucy.

It rained all day yesterday, but Lucy was sunny inside because she saw the super cute Sunnyman again. The meeting in the rain had a special mood, which was warm and refreshing. He was wearing a dark green suit vest with many pockets on it, which looked cool and energetic.

The 1.5-hour session began, and this time they used the orange milking table again. It is actually Sunnyman's favorite table, and he felt that he performed best on this table. The massage process went smoothly and naturally. The two of them chatted and joked, laughed and enjoyed themselves from time to time. He told Lucy about his previous massage experience and the process of how he found Lucy.
