The second one is the option of VIP room. Some clients have used both VIP room and regular room, but have not informed Lucy which room they prefer, and did not specify which room to choose when booking next time. In this case, Lucy usually prepares the regular room.
In short, Lucy does not believe that the more projects clients choose, the higher the consumption, the better. Instead, it’s better for the clients choose projects that are truly suitable for themselves, and feel really comfortable, relaxed, enjoyed and satisfied.
