Kind of what I was thinking. I've visited the 3 Lotus locations at least 20 times over the past 4 or 5 years. Only deliberate upsell I ever got was once in Kelowna I was asked if I'd like 4 hands. Maybe in the earlier going a Lotus masseuse might ask if I wanted more to which I'd ask back what else do you do? Then I'd tell her yes or no but it at least established the normal menu and pricing to where we just go thru with the massage and extras and I hand her the money after I get dressed.
