Can anyone recommend a SP that provides great teasing massage? Or is it even possible to have a massage that is basically just teasing before HE. I'm open to suggestions! I don't need FS. Thanks in advance!

Nobility Thai Wellness on Main St. is a HE only place that has a few ladies who are great at teasing. Amy is probably the best there but she's on vacation for a bit. Maggie and Michelle are also good imo.
Any good options? Looking for a good tease from a provider maximum in the thirties
Best slow-hand teasing (always an individual matter of opinion/experience).
Lisa at Nobility. Attractive, thin, mid-late 30s, excellent English, magic hands, wicked slow build/play and explosive ending.
Luna, private home location in Burnaby just east of Boundary., very attractive, HE with her is an art form...very slow pushes all the right buttons. Works with Bella, also accomplished at long tease, and the 4-hand is outstanding.

These are all providers who emphasize a skilled, professional level massage (especially Lisa and Luna, my top two). Excellent massage, slow teasing HE, but no nudity, groping, touching the intimates, or menu of extras (except for Kiki, as mentioned--nude body slide only).

Have not tried Luna, but you are 100% on the other ones, so I will have to add Luna.

I checked out Bella at 8066. Shes mid to late 40s for sure. some what larger frame but not fat and definitely not skinny. Friendly but wouldn't stop talking and asking questions. Massage was good and release was decent. Unless i got bait and switched, no where as attractive as what people are saying here but looks may be subjective.
Bella at 8066 is early/mid 40s, 5'4ish, and a fit body. Her English is limited (rarely talks and does not ask questions, except about the pressure applied..This all contradicts your description, so it sounds like a "bait and switch". However, this is unlikely, since it's just Luna and Bella working out of a private house. It sounds like you're referring to a completely different place/provider.
Nina works there as well. Bella is late 30's and is a quiet young lady. Petite. Sounds like you got Nina. No fun getting switched like that.

Anyone have any suggestions for spas that fit these requirements but out further East? PoCo, East Burnaby, even Langley or Surrey? Out in the Valley, so a 1hr+ commute each way is rough
