Can anyone recommend a SP that provides great teasing massage? Or is it even possible to have a massage that is basically just teasing before HE. I'm open to suggestions! I don't need FS. Thanks in advance!

Lisa at Nobility. Attractive, thin, mid-late 30s, excellent English, magic hands, wicked slow build/play and explosive ending.
Luna, private home location in Burnaby just east of Boundary., very attractive, HE with her is an art form...very slow pushes all the right buttons. Works with Bella, also accomplished at long tease, and the 4-hand is outstanding.

Have not tried Luna, but you are 100% on the other ones, so I will have to add Luna.

I checked out Bella at 8066. Shes mid to late 40s for sure. some what larger frame but not fat and definitely not skinny. Friendly but wouldn't stop talking and asking questions. Massage was good and release was decent. Unless i got bait and switched, no where as attractive as what people are saying here but looks may be subjective.
Bella at 8066 is early/mid 40s, 5'4ish, and a fit body. Her English is limited (rarely talks and does not ask questions, except about the pressure applied..This all contradicts your description, so it sounds like a "bait and switch". However, this is unlikely, since it's just Luna and Bella working out of a private house. It sounds like you're referring to a completely different place/provider.

Anyone have any suggestions for spas that fit these requirements but out further East? PoCo, East Burnaby, even Langley or Surrey? Out in the Valley, so a 1hr+ commute each way is rough
I went today and seen Amy, great massage and good teasing. 120 included HE, I tipped extra for clothes off, she went down to panties and allowed some touching. I didn’t push it too hard as it was my first time there.
absolutely agree! she is one of my go to's.. when I can get there, Her schedule is pretty limited, mine doesn't align with hers very often. I would add, you can't really miss with any of the women at Smart Spa either.. they do massage, but if you're clear you want more tease and edging, they all absolutely oblige. They are there for you - at least that's been my experience, and I've seen most everyone there except a couple of the new additions.
