LL. What is with all the fake ads?

Yea, they lost me when I saw proof of internally generated dummy ads (created to force providers in to bumping more?). With their payment processing going all crazy, this turn of events is eerily too similar to the events prior to BP going down.

Not surprised to hear about dummy ads. I remember flagging and providing evidence to LL's "mods" about scams and hearing nothing in return. LL is a bunch of useless culls.

On the flip side, I have had plenty of recent success using Tryst. Seems more and more providers are hopping on their.

The fact that so few ads on LL can be believed explains why agencies like 1122 can raise their rates as they have been doing recently. They have less and less REAL competition. Basic law of supply and demand.

That because LL has a choice of lesser priced ladies compared to Perb. Not everyone want to Pay $300 + an hr. Places such as " Asian fever & My companion, for example, are the smart ones. They are on both sites " spreading the wealth " per say giving us ( perb members ) a one stop shop. We have reviews here too which matters.

I find eventually, LL providers --- the legit ones -- end up riding on Perb sooner than later. You have to spread your ideas, otherwise, a 1 avenue source becomes stale imo.

It's too bad, because Leolist had some of the better functionalities out of all the ad sites. They ability to filter by specific regions of Vancouver, by price, keywords, and ethnicity were really good. But none of that makes a difference though if all the reputable providers leave LL.

I've been browsing tryst lately since I know some providers have migrated to advertising on there. It works but the interface is not that good. Not enough ads visible on one page, too many clicks to get to the relevant info...

The viagra ads are just noise to skip over, can't really be anyone actually clicking on those.
The fake ads are mostly obvious and even if real are not the sort of girls I'm interested in.

Still, I like the layout and searching system better than many other sites. It just needs to clean up its act a bit to re-establish quality. But I guess $$$ trumps all.

Agreed - I just wish you could hit an "X" on the ones you don't want to see so they don't repeat over and over.

I had already written off the ad as fake, but why would somebody post this unless they are trying to get back at an SP who bilked them or is a competitor ?

I’ve never heard of RCMP operating stings in YWG but they do have jurisdiction all across the country.

LL simply isn’t worth it for most providers, it’s over saturated with bots and spam to the point a paid ad will stay on the front page for 20 minutes tops. On top of that, a lot of the lurkers on there are first-timers who don’t understand the concept of screening or proper etiquette. Perb is keeping me happy for now

Reputable agencies like 1122 or 5890 or tiger, etc don't need to bump their ads all day. In fact, they just post once a day to let people know they are open.

Unfortunately, this is just a set up cost for new ladies to be seen. Once they get positive reviews then they too can just post one ad for the rest of the day.

Meanwhile there 411 queries daily about ads that are obvious fakes.
Some guys even ask after someone else has posted that the pics are fake. They are too lazy to read a few posts in a thread.
Lots of suckers out there who don’t read reviews, read ads or do board or image, if they are that lazy they deserve whatever happens.
If LL or scammers make money off them it’s just a tax on stupid.

LL is terrible..... it's like walking in a land mine field. So, I don't, and would never consider contacting, discussing, or otherwise engaging with someone who has none of the following -
- isn't reviewed on PERB. I'm not signing up to every review site available, this is the one fairly trustable source.
- Twitter account - Twitter keeps a long timeline of activities, I like to see something with unprofessionally shot pictures, and a timeline that's not brand new.
- a duo with someone you trust, or an associate of someone I trust.
- travelling agency girls
