The way leolist works is you have to have 5 pics that are verified (and up to total of 11 verified pics) to make the ad a verified ad but you can have an additional 11 pics that are not verified. As your scroll through the pics it will show at top if that pic is one of the verified ones or unverified.

Curious to what ad that pic comes from..

That is not likely to happen. Guys keep falling for them and LL keeps making money.

You can weed out most of the scams on LL by unchecking Asian and Surrey/Delta ads.

LL is too busy counting their cash to worry about the plethora of fake ads.
Lots of outright picture stealing too. Advertisers steal pictures with Leo approved signs and 'shop new name and number onto the pic.
Lots of guys look at pictures and don't read the ad or do an image search. It's hard to feel sorry for them.
