They have at least one of the following

someone on perb has reviewed (at least 3 times) positive reviews
Posts on perb

On LL all it means is that they either really took a picture or photoshopped the date thing into the picture.
It means nothing else, no verification that the ad is what you are buying, no verification that the person in the picture is who you are seeing and the list goes on.
But yes verified to me means a fellow pooner has indeed given a review.

Yeah I've seen posts where they steal photos from legitimate SPs from different provinces to get verified
