I know some people I respect who did it and like it. One exceptionally annoying thing about Landmark is that all the people who go through it seem to become little Landmark bots begging everyone around them to experience it.

It seems to employ the break-you-down-build-you-up methodology of a cult without actually having an agenda (apart from getting people to spend more on Landmark) and if that kind of thing works for you, go for it. Just shut up about it when I don't go for it.

I know a guy, who was a junkie, he immersed himself in Landmark and came out of it a better person. He started at a pretty low place though. Better is relative in this case.

It's from est and their I'm Ok, you're Ok mantra. I prefer I'm OK but you're fucked up.

Landmark is a cult like many before it. They don't drink purple kool aid, or clean houses for the reverend Moon or hand out flowers and beat on drums but they are still a cult. All Lululemon managers need to be in Landmark. so at least there are some nice asses there.
