Wow,
The depth you've put into your reasoning is amazing. The point about "Indecent Proposal" type money was meant to say any woman may have a price, regardless of her past. Men too... and the use of Whore was in quotation marks, "Once a whore, always a whore" is a well known phrase, google it...
You forget about the benefits of legalization.
The ladies can get credit to buy a house, can actually invest their money instead of keeping in the mattress. Don't know many SP's with bank loans for cars when they can't show proof of income, so your "car payment" scenario is moot. Yes, they'll have to pay taxes, but they won't have to worry about having to pay legal fees in the case of getting busted. Or being run out of town on a rail.
The pimps that can take 50% or more of the SW money would be instantly out of business.
You'd have a safe, clean place to go, where the workers are there of their own free will, where they are checked regularly and are given the proper training and products to practice safely and securely.
And, even with PST and GST, I bet youd find the average Incall price would be lower than you are paying now. And there would be a lot more variety of ladies and services available.
And who knows, we might even get it to be considered a "medical expense" (stress releif, keep us from going postal crazy) and be able to deduct our pooning like we do massage...
I don't think there is a legitimate lady out there that wouldn't welcome government sanctioning of the industry, even the formation of a union. The "skank ho's" and their pimps might prefer the present system, as they couldn't meet gov't standards, but make it a gov't sanctioned business, and you'd attract a lot more talent, and with an increase in supply, you'd see an increase in useage, and also a slight decrease in price. But where else would a woman be able to earn 50K a year working 2 hours a day? (Calculate at $100/hr, which would be a fair price to attract women to the industry, that's $1000/wk, 50k/yr). Not a lot of 50k/yr to start jobs out there... and no reason an ambitious woman couldn't make 100K+...
When you have to fly under the radar, hide from the public eye, meet clandestine, pay for incall or hotel fees, drivers, and the like, it makes making a living hard. If its out in the open, things are a lot easier.
Not like its ever going to happen, but we can dream. Can't wait for the "Urban Reservation" craze to get here, you can bet there's an entrepeneur in that community that will open a legal brothel...
