A few years ago i was charged with a serious assualt. At my bail hearing i was granted bail, the Judge cited"reasonble doubt" that i would not be a danger to the community while i was awaiting trial. a year later the crown stayed the charges against me citing"reasonable doubt"over there ability to convict me. Massagegirl, some times thats all there is,reasonable doubt. It worked for me,but i am not sure it,s always right.
my .2 cents.
