Just put it this way, what if it’s the other way around? The client cancelled on the lady when it’s close to their appointed time because said client had a rather bad day and decided to just rest instead?

The process starts when the initial text is sent. That is the process. The entire experience starts when the initial text to the sp is sent. OP is fairly stating his experience. No need to bash him or take down the post.

Its an experience, and his experience was not met.

If an sp is feeling overwhelmed, drained or mentally exhausted they should not be working. Simple.

and that is exactly why I canceled on him because I was drained and decided not to work. READ THE THREAD.

The guy got ghosted or stood up. Good on him for calling her out. Happens way to often in this "profession". Can't remember the last time I had doctor, dentist, lawyer, etc.. cancel on me. What Perb needs is another sub heading specifically for no shows and ghosting.
